Polecats and Tiger Sharks Guestbook

Your website brought back many memories as I listened to "Winged Warriors." I sang in the WOC Chorus that recorded this song back in 1967. We did a recording session in a Fort Worth recording studio in the early spring of 1967. I was in 1st WOC A 4, The Red Hats, Class 67-11. After graduation, I was assigned to the Apaches, A Troop, 7/1st Air Cav forming up at Fort Knox for deployment to Vietnam. I was later infused into the B Troop, 7/17th Air Cav at Camp Enari. My last 24 years was spent flying CH-47s. I still have an original 45rpm record of our song. It was done on the ROTOR label. Thanks for the blast from the past.

Nice bunch of pics

Keay Sortie with the broken blade was after dropping off a company of grunts at a fire base NW of Na Trang---I forget who the Pilot was but as I remember he did not get scratched even with the blade sitting in between his legs. Can not remember and wet pants either---well done!

Admin reply: Welcome Greg!

Best regards,

Hi guy's I served from 1969-1971 at L. Z. Betty. I was crew chief on Lady Luck 67-1771. I'm sorry that I don't remember hardly anyone I have a problem with my memory, I do remember Cpt. Boley my aircraft commander, and Rocky my friend. My first wife threw away the pictures that I had, and every thing is just a blur all except for May 3rd 1970. Welcome Home to all that made it.
