Polecats and Tiger Sharks Guestbook

I was in the 192nd in 1967 and 1968; I went over on the ship in 1967 and worked in Flight Operations. I love finding these URL for the 192nd; we really were special and did a great job for our country!
What year was the map of LZ Betty made to represent? It sure looks different from what I remember....

Thanks for all your work, Lyle Nelson

Admin reply: Hi Lyle, thanks for finding our website and signing the Guestbook.

The LZ Betty map was drawn in May 2005 by Bryan Lagimoniere, B & D CO, 1st Bn Mech, 50th Inf, Mar to Nov 1970. It is not drawn to scale and represents LZ Betty at approximately Jul 1970. This information is according to what is written on the map.

Welcome home Lyle!

Any help would be nice.ABC

I was stationed with your sister company, the 92nd AHC in Dong ba Thin, and visited my friend and one of the 192nd pilots, Ron Kraus at your company area. Ron and I went to school and flight school together, but he was a class or two ahead of me.

Hello..I am looking for photos of SP5 Johnny Arthur or would like to hear any stories of my late father, he served in Vietnam from 9/1970 to 6/1971. I was 5 days short of turning 2 when I lost my dad.....would appreciate any kind of response from fellow Tiger Sharks. Thanks, Rawn (Ryndall)

Admin reply: Thanks for signing the Guestbook Rawn. Your Dad was a brave soldier and an American patriot! He gave his all for his Country. There is no greater sacrifice. God Bless his soul; the lord knows he's earned his time in Heaven.
